  1. The "Show Toolbar" menu item toggles the 
  2. ShowToolBar property of the HTDisplayBox 
  3. component. When ShowToolBar is false, clicking 
  4. on any text which is not hot with the left 
  5. button, or any text with the right button, 
  6. brings up the local font edit dialog box. If 
  7. ShowToolBar is true, then these mouse actions 
  8. display the built-in, configurable toolbar 
  9. window.
